The HTK comes standard with a dual head mag stripe credit card reader. This allows a credit card to be swiped in either direction, making the transaction easier for the customer.

The dual bill dispenser gives the HTK the ability to dispense two different bill denominations or bills and Tokenotes®. Create loyal customers by dispensing Hamilton Tokenotes® to be used at their next visit for a discounted wash package.

Dual hoppers in the HTK allow more change dispensing options.  Dispense quarters, dimes, nickels, tokens or a combination of two different coin types. Dispense a Bonus Token for a free product along with change in bills or coins. Price your selections to the penny, for example, $12.99.

Sales Tax – is collecting sales tax an issue?  The HTK can calculate and charge sales tax for both cash & credit card transactions.

The coin acceptor in the HTK can accept six different coin types. The coins are collected in a coin box and do not replenish the coin hoppers.

If your place of business is located in an area with diverse languages, the HTK has bi-lingual capabilities. For example, it can be programmed with English and Spanish or English and French languages.

Entice customers and increase your bottom line with the À la carte feature. When a customer selects a specific wash package, the HTK can be programmed to automatically prompt them to add features to their package.

The HTK also comes with a communication call button. This can be wired to a system in an equipment room or office making it easier for customers to communicate any questions.

For the business owners’ convenience:  the HTK offers access via the Internet to view and print audit reports, clear soft errors, change prices and display messages.

Our XE validator has serial communications and talks directly to the HTK controller.  The benefit to the business owner is the elimination of training coupons for programming the Hamilton Tokenotes®. The Tokenote® codes are programmed in the controller and the XE will accept them. If a customer tries to insert additional Tokenotes® for the same transaction, the XE will no longer confiscate them. The Tokenote® will be returned to the customer for their next visit.

With the HCS I, you can sell wash codes to be redeemed at an on-site, single bay automatic car wash.

Payment Options
The Gold Line® accepts bills, quarters, tokens, coupon codes, and credit cards.  When used with a Hamilton XE validator, it can also accept Hamilton’s Tokenotes®. Tokenotes® can be valued from $0.25 to $300.

Coupon Codes are great for community promotions. Place an ad in the local newspaper with a code that offers a discount on either a specific wash or all of the wash packages. Keep track of which promotions are bringing you the most return for your advertising dollars.

Credit Card Acceptance
We offer both traditional magnetic stripe credit card acceptance, as well as EMV (Chip & PIN) technology. A thermal receipt printer can be used to provide a receipt for the customers purchase, or to print an audit report directly at the Gold Line®.

Data Access Network (D.A.N.)
When utilizing the D.A.N., your credit card transactions go from 30 second authorizations over a phone line to 3 to 5 seconds on a DSL or cable line over the Internet.

The Gold Line® with D.A.N. becomes an excellent marketing tool when using Hamilton’s Customer Value Cards. Customer Value Cards are a perfect way to promote and market your car wash and increase customer loyalty.

The D.A.N. also allows you to program up to 7 time-sensitive pricing events. This feature gives the Gold Line® the ability to automatically change the wash prices, coupon values, welcome prompts, and external display messages based on the time of day and day of the week.

Handheld Kit
New owners of Hamilton equipment with dial up credit card acceptance will need this Handheld Kit for setting up their credit card equipment.

Existing owners who already have a Handheld Kit will not need to order a new one.

The Gold Line® Autocashier Eight Function
The GL-8 offers the wash owner the opportunity to create more wash packages with better profit margins. When used with a standard roll-over automatic, and dryer, wash owners can promote 4 packages at basic wash prices and then add $1 to each package with dryer.

Combo Automatics – Wash owners can use the GL-8 to offer 4 touch free wash packages, and 4 soft-cloth packages, or use 1 or 2 options for combination packages.

POS Systems – HCS III or HCS IV
The Hamilton Code Systems allow you to sell car washes from the gas pump or the convenience store.  The HCS III is designed for an application where the store, gas pumps and car wash are all at the same location.

The HCS IV allows remote sales of car wash codes.  Sell wash codes from up to 10 locations via a remote POS, to be redeemed at one car wash location, with up to 4 remote pay-at-the-pump locations.

Optional Displays
The Brick Mount Scrolling Display and the Stainless Steel Hood with Scrolling Display are great for getting the customers attention with large bright red letters. They can be programmed to match the display on the Gold Line® or to scroll a different message altogether.

The Lighted Stainless Steel “Pay Here” Hood is most often used in a convenience store environment when the Gold Line® is mounted on a stainless steel base. This gives the machine a clean, professional look. The lighted display gets the customers attention and provides light for the Gold Line® after dark.

Optional Portable Handheld Thermal Printer
The handheld thermal printer is available for use with machines that do not have the optional receipt printer. This printer allows the owner or attendant to take the printer to any ACW 4, 5 or the Gold Line® and print the audit report at the machine.

Bases
STAINLESS STEEL
For use when not using a brick kiosk for the Gold Line®.  Hamilton offers a 20” and 26” inch tall base. The 20” base is used when the equipment is being mounted on a raised curb. The 26” is for use when installation is on the ground surface.

PEDESTAL
For use with brick-in Gold Line® units.  Hamilton offers both 20” and 26” pedestal bases. Pedestal bases are made of carbon steel and should not be used for open air mounting of the Gold Line®.

Hamilton ExpressPass is an access control system that offers a faster and more convenient way for customers to gain entry to your services.

Using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), ExpressPass reads a unique chip embedded in a windshield-mounted, tamper-proof tag. It then validates the account holder information in a secure database, before vending the appropriate service.

The result is a quick, easy, and personalized experience for the customer. For you – it’s higher throughput, greater customer loyalty, and improved cashflow through recurring subscriptions.

ExpressPass is available for HTK, CTK, Gold Line®, and as a stand-alone express lane.

Heavy Duty, Rear-Load Card and Changer Dispenser
The Hamilton Card and Change Dispenser (CCD) offers two machines in one cabinet. The CCD can be used as a normal change machine and to promote the use of your automatic bays, self serve bays, vacuums, and pet washes by selling your very own Customer Value Cards! Your customers can select between new Customer Value Card sales, checking balances, and recharging existing cards. Your customers can also print receipts at the CCD for their transactions in the self serve bays.

The Card and Change Dispenser offers you the ability to promote your car wash over the competition by offering discounted cards to promote higher dollar purchases.The value of the card is programmed as the transaction is made. No pre-stored values on the card to invite theft or vandalism. It’s like having a salesman on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to promote your car wash.

Promote return business by offering deeper discounts for higher dollar Customer Value Card purchases. Invite loyal customers to recharge their existing cards by offering discounts for recharging at the Card and Change Dispenser or via Hamilton’s promotional Web Service. Save money and valuable wall space by purchasing your change machine and card dispenser in one cabinet. All credit card transactions are handled via a secure Internet connection in approximately 3 seconds.

High speed credit card transactions:
Credit card transaction are done through the D.A.N. system which allows 3 to 5 second transactions on a DSL or cable line.

Via the Internet you can:
Access the Card and Change Dispenser from anywhere in the world for up to the minute financial reports on both Customer Value Card sales and change machine transactions. Change messages and card purchase values. Check the machine status for errors and diagnostics.
