Rotary Lift makes it easy to service fork lifts using two MCH18 columns. The portable, open platform design easily attaches to the base of the two columns giving the clearance needed to safely raise fork lifts with a capacity of 10,000 lbs.

MOD35 Flex™
The MOD35 is completely contained in a 6′ steel enclosure that’s protected with Rotary’s exclusive Enviroguard™ coating. Our patented Liquid Detection System monitors the lift and signals the tech as liquid accumulates in the containment. And their built-in access ports allow for easy fluid evacuation.
Our heavy duty inground lifts allow you to choose from four patented saddles: ultra-low profile, low profile, a T-style low truck front, and a tall rear.

A more environmentally friendly design offers a base rebar mat and a 25 percent reduction in concrete. Abrasion Resistant Hose Guide keeps the hose out of the way of the moving piston – there are no moving parts to break.

The 2019 Chevrolet Silverado/GMC Sierra 1500 trucks began delivering to dealerships in July 2018. The new truck frame is wider and lower in the front of the truck than the rear. Existing adapters/extended adapters will not work on the recommended front pick-up points. Partnering with GM, VSG developed adapter kit solutions for the flip-up and drop-in adapters for 2-post surface and smart lift ingrounds in 10,000 lb. and 12,000 lb. capacities.
Utilize the charts below to determine correct adapters kits to order.
The drop-in kits of (2) adapters FJ6257 or FJ6258 work with the existing standard adapters to lift the truck on the recommended pick-up points.
Lifts with flip-up adapters will need the FJ6259 Kit which include (4) four adapters. The kit includes (2) wide front adapters and (2) standard width rear adapters to keep the vehicle level.
Rotary Adapters are ALI certified to match the certification of our lifts. Knock off adapters are NOT certified. To that point, please see the following excerpt from the current ANSI/ALI ALCTV: 2017 standard:
“NOTICE: If attachments, accessories, or configuration modifying components used on this lift are located in the load path and affect operation of the lift, affect the lift electrical listing, or affect intended vehicle accommodation; and if they are not certified for use on this lift, then the certification of this lift shall become null and void.”
That’s right. Not only do you not know how they were developed, who “reverse engineered” them, who if anyone tested them, where they were built and with what materials – using “knock off” adapters on a Rotary lift will de-certify your lift and cancel its remaining factory warranty.
